A night of bountiful pleasures cooked from the sea by Chef Robert Craig
1st Tide: Cured Wild Blueberry Salmon
Slender shavings of cured salmon on a crispy seaweed cracker, lemon dill ricotta, pickled shallots
2nd Tide: Seafood Chowder
Haddock, Scallops, Shrimp, Mussels, and Lobster team up again in a traditional classic but original recipe.
3rd Tide: Lobster Ravioli
Chef Robert’s lobster bisque, garlic alfredo, and roasted tomato sauce are combined to accommodate one large handmade ravioli that’s enclosed with local lobster
4th Tide: Dipped Chocolate Rhubarb Carrot Cake
Rhubarb is the moisture in this classic cake that is dipped in chocolate Ganesh and topped with cream cheese frosting
This event will be held in the Garden Courtyard
